  1. Usage: STATS [c|h|k|i|l|m|u|y] [<server>]
  2.   Shows some irc server usage statistics.
  3.   c - Shows C and N lines for a given server.  These are 
  4.       the names of the servers that are allowed to connect.
  5.   h - Shows H and L lines for a given server (Hubs and Leaves).
  6.   k - Show K lines for a server.  This shows who is not 
  7.       allowed to connect and possibly at what time they are
  8.       not allowed to connect.
  9.   i - Shows I lines. This is who CAN connect to a server.
  10.   l - Shows information about amount of information passed
  11.       to servers and users.
  12.   m - Shows a count for the number of times the various 
  13.       commands have been used since the server was booted.
  14.   o - Shows the list of authorized operators on the server.
  15.   u - Shows the uptime for a server
  16.   y - Shows Y lines, which lists the various connection 
  17.       classes for a given server.
